I found a cool app for iPad/iPhone or any Android that you can upload your drawings in PDF from any kind of CAD like AutoCAD or ArchiCAD or Revit or Sketchup. It can be used for punchlist or attached with pics to remind us to make changes or modifications.

Another cool app to make measurments in a room and save it into a plan on your phone or tablet.
I tried it and it is so cool. it takes practice to perfect the app by taking pics at each corners and creating a plan. I suggest you to try this.
